The Chapala Monday Market is easy to find and can be found at the top of main street. The Tianguis can be reached by almost all local buses and really gets started around 9 am with the most popular time around 10 am to around noon time. The stands start closing up around 3 pm, so you may want to get there early.
The Market is rather large and covers almost ten blocks. Within the market visitors and shoppers will find many food stands offering up delicious local treats and cool drinks. While all the stands do not offer tables and chairs, you can find some that provide customers a place to relax and enjoy a meal.
